Payment is due at the time of service. I do require a debit/credit/FSA card on file. If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, clients are responsible for the full fee.

I am considered an out of network provider in my private practice. I do not accept insurance in my private practice but I am more than happy to provide you with a superbill if you wish to explore reimbursement options with your insurance provider.
